If you are interested in taking Spanish at Doane and you have had experience with it in the past, you can take this online placement test. This will help us decide which language class would be best to start with. It may even help you work on the Spanish for Educators, Spanish for Business, or Spanish for Healthcare Certificates. It can also shorten the time needed to get a minor since advanced level students can get a Spanish minor with 4 courses! To take the test, click here, provide the needed information, and complete the speaking and writing samples. Once you are done, we will see your result and we'll contact you. The test should take about 15 minutes. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at [email protected].

Also, if you completed the Seal of Biliteracy or took the Spanish AP exam, there are opportunities for credit!
